A Lease of Land for Open Air Car Park Pro-Lessor Between a Company and an Individual serve as a formal lease agreement for the use of a designated land area as an open-air car park, entered into between a company, herein referred to as the Lessor, and an individual, herein referred to as the Lessee.
The Lessor grants the Lessee the exclusive right to use the specified parcel of land for the purpose of vehicle parking. The document should provide the date the lease term is set to commence and the duration it shall continue to take effect, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms set forth in the document.
The document also has the rental amount the Lessee agrees to pay the Lessor due on the first day of each month. The Lessee shall use the property solely for the purposes of non-enclosed vehicle parking and shall maintain the property in good condition, free from debris and hazards. The Lessor retains the right to inspect the premises with reasonable notice, and the Lessee shall not make any alterations to the land without prior written consent from the Lessor. This lease is binding upon both parties, their successors, and assigns, and is governed by the laws of Kenya.
