An Employee Stock Ownership Scheme (ESOS) is an employee benefit plan that gives workers ownership interest in the company or a stock program that offers workers a way to acquire a stake in their company. The regulatory requirement is that it must be established by a Trust Deed, this, therefore, is a Trust Deed establishing an ESOS.
